We will come to your location and provide both the Antibody and Diagnostic test for 8 or more people. You must book 48 hours in advance.
Once an interest form is submitted below, a member of our team will contact you to complete paperwork and schedule testing.
Please note, each individual being tested must complete their own Patient Authorization Documents prior to testing.
Results will typically be provided in 1-2 business days.

Once received, we will contact you to collect payment and then send the needed medical documents via a secure link for completion. Then the tests will be scheduled at your earliest convenience.
